AttributeChanged

                 throws NameDuplicationException,
                        IllegalActionException

Construct a test class for the attributeChanged() method.

Parameters:

name - The name of this object.

Throws:

IllegalActionException - If the entity cannot be contained by the proposed container (see the setContainer() method).

NameDuplicationException - If the name coincides with an entity already in the container.

Update the cached value of the parameter.
